Production time

Every print is made to order. Production takes 1-2 business days before your order ships.

Where we print

We work with local print partners in the USA, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia, so your order is produced as close to you as possible. That means shorter transit times and, in most cases, no import duties.

Delivery times

After production, typical transit times are: USA 3-7 business days, European Union 3-6, United Kingdom 3-6, Canada, Australia and New Zealand 5-10, rest of the world 7-14. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Rates are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Duties and taxes

Orders printed within your region ship domestically, so no customs charges apply. If your country has no local print partner, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses and undelivered parcels

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once the reshipping cost is covered. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email hello@noirpixelgallery.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
