Every NoirPixelGallery print is made to order, and you are still fully covered: you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email hello@noirpixelgallery.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including shipping. You do not need to send the item back.

Change of mind

You can return any print within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Email us first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy. To exercise it, send a clear statement to hello@noirpixelgallery.com before the 14-day period expires.

Changes and cancellations

Because we print on demand, production usually starts within a few hours of your order. Email us as soon as possible: if your order has not gone to print yet, we will change or cancel it free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive your return or approve your claim, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra business days to show the funds.
