Terms of Service

1. Products

Every item is a giclee art print produced to order on 230 gsm natural matte fine art paper, optionally supplied with a wooden frame handmade in Italy and a passepartout mat. Screens differ, so colours on your monitor may vary slightly from the printed result. Sizes are given in centimetres and inches; small tolerances of a few millimetres are normal in cutting and framing.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include applicable VAT where indicated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. An order is a purchase offer; the contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item cannot be produced, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if payment is not completed — in that case any amount already taken is refunded in full.

3. Made to order and production time

Nothing is held in stock. Each print is produced after your order is placed, at the print studio closest to you — inside the European Union for European orders and inside the USA for American ones — so there are no customs charges within those regions. Production and shipping times are stated in our Shipping Policy.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Consumers in the European Union additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because every print is made to order, we ask that returned items are sent back unused and in their original packaging. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you — send a photograph to hello@noirpixelgallery.com and we will arrange it. 5. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, text and design on this site are the property of Noir Pixel Studio or are used under licence. Buying a print gives you the right to display it privately in your own home or workplace. It does not transfer copyright and does not permit reproduction, resale, commercial use or redistribution of the image in any form.

6. Your account and conduct

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Do not use this site for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not scrape or copy its content in bulk.

7. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by negligence in accordance with the applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which they habitually reside. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
